  Lead our flagship HOME store & Café, taking full ownership of both the retail and café experience.

  • Own the P&L for the HOME store & Café
  • Lead, motivate and develop retail and café teams
  • Drive sales performance while managing costs
  • Ensure exceptional standards across the entire location

• Retail Sales Assistant (PT)
  

  Be part of our retail team, helping customers discover thoughtfully curated products in a design-led space.

  • Experience in high-end retail
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to drive sales through customer interaction
  • Confident handling POS, stock and daily operations
  • Attention to detail and focus on store standards

• Online Manager (FT)
  

  Take ownership of our digital presence and drive the growth of our online store. 

  • Own online revenue and optimise sales performance
  • Oversee product listings, pricing and user experience
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and content
  • Manage the website and webstore across all stores & Café
  • Lead customer service and order fulfilment

• Head Barista (FT)
  

  Shape and lead our coffee offering, ensuring quality and consistency at every level.

• Own the coffee programme, recipes and calibration
• Train and lead the café team
• Develop seasonal drinks and menu offerings
• Maintain high standards across bar and floor

• Barista (FT/PT)
  

  Join our café team and contribute to delivering a high-quality coffee experience in a busy, design-led environment.

• Serve exceptional coffee in a busy, design-led café in Dublin city centre
• Work as part of a small, quality-focused team with high standards
• Flexible shifts across a 7-day operation, mornings and evenings
• Experience in specialty coffee preferred but a willingness to learn is equally welcome

• Visual Merchandiser (PT)
  

  Bring the Industry&Co aesthetic to life across all physical spaces.

• Design window displays and in-store layouts
• Maintain VM consistency across three stores
• Install displays using tools and basic electrics
• Optimise layouts to enhance customer experience and sales
• Refresh displays to support sell-through and reduce slow movers
• Manage VM calendar, budgets and suppliers
• Train store teams on day-to-day merchandising
