Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter - Industry Lifestyle Ltd, Drury Street, Dublin 2 ("Industry & Co").
2. Eligibility - Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over. Employees of Industry Lifestyle Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible. Entrants must have a public Instagram account for the duration of the promotion.
3. How to enter - No purchase necessary. To enter, you must: (a) like the giveaway post; (b) follow @industryandcokids; and (c) comment on the post tagging a friend and naming the backpack, lunchbox and water bottle (including colour) you would choose. Entries not meeting all three steps are invalid.
4. Closing date - The promotion opens on publication and closes Sunday 9 August 2026 at 11:59pm (Irish time). Entries after this time will not be counted.
5. Prize - One winner receives one backpack, one lunchbox and one water bottle of their choice from the current Back to School collection, subject to availability. Maximum total retail value €135. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable. If an item is unavailable, we will offer a substitute of equal or greater value. The prize is collected in store or posted within the Republic of Ireland at our discretion.
6. Winner selection and notification - One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and announced on Monday 10 August 2026. The winner will be contacted only by direct message from @industryandcokids. We will never request payment, card details or passwords. The winner must respond within 5 days or we reserve the right to redraw.
7. Data protection - Entrants' Instagram handles are used solely to administer this promotion and are not retained afterwards or used for marketing without consent. See our privacy policy at industryandco.com.
8. Instagram - This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability and acknowledge that any information provided is given to Industry & Co, not to Instagram.
9. General - We reserve the right to disqualify entries we reasonably believe are fraudulent, or to amend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances make this unavoidable. Entry implies acceptance of these terms. Governed by the laws of Ireland.
